Love It or Reshoot It

Guarantee terms for Unveiled, the Denver boudoir experience by Satin & Silk Studio.

These terms are a summary. Your signed session agreement is the full agreement, and it applies if the two ever differ.

The terms

• When you decide. On your session day you see your First Look, at least five finished images, before you leave the studio. That is the moment to decide. If you don't love them, tell me then and we book your reshoot.
• Acceptance. Leaving the studio without asking for a reshoot counts as accepting your session, and your full gallery follows within 7 days.
• A stated reason. Tell me what you would like to be different, so the reshoot can fix it.
• What is included. One 90-minute session at the same studio with professional hair and makeup, the same number of images, and your Keepsake Book made from the reshoot.
• What is not included. The Toast is not repeated, and any travel is at your cost.
• The reshoot replaces the original. Your first sneak peeks are withdrawn and you receive the reshoot gallery, film and book in their place. You do not keep both.
• Scheduling. The reshoot is booked within 30 days, subject to studio and artist availability. A missed reshoot appointment ends the guarantee.
• One time only. One reshoot per client. The reshoot gallery is final.
• No refunds. The guarantee is a reshoot, never a refund, in full or in part.
• Conditions. The guarantee applies if you attended your Session Design call, arrived on time and followed your session guide.
• Not transferable. The guarantee has no cash value.

How to claim it
